Test Your Scent
Receive your fragrance and take it for a test drive; we encourage you to spray and wear the perfume to ensure it matches your chemistry and style.
Initiate via Portal
If you are not 100% satisfied, visit our online Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and attach the provided return label to the outside of the package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
